The 'Long Story'

After following my college sweetheart to the Keys in 1994, I taught at Key Largo School for 10 wonderful and rewarding years. I fell in love with the tight-knit Keys community, with the students, and with making a difference in people’s lives. My husband and I began investing in real estate almost immediately buying, fixing up, and renting out a series of homes. Between rental income and appreciation, it was easy to fall in love with real estate as an investment. I became fascinated and made it my full-time career in 2012.

As a teacher, I loved how it felt to make a positive difference in the community. I find that same satisfaction in helping my customers find properties that are just the right fit and expertly market properties when the time comes to sell.

Those who know me understand I have two obsessions: tennis and customer service. Throughout each transaction, I want my customers to feel they have had the best real estate experience of their lives. According to this customer, I have the "perfect combination of thoughtfulness and business savvy."

Aside from a “Most Improved” award from Tiki Tennis, I have no special recognition for my effort on the courts. This is not so in real estate. I’m in the Elite Agent Circle, placing me in the top 100 agents in the Florida Keys. As a recipient of the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle Award, I am ranked in the top 5% of Coldwell Banker Agents worldwide. Within my own office, I’m frequently “Tops in Listing Sales”, “Tops in Buyer Sales”, or "Top Producer".
